Food Pantry

The Christ Lutheran Church Food Pantry closed permanently on Monday, December 30, 2019.

Because food distribution to those in need is such an important ministry, we have researched other food pantries and soup kitchens in our area and have found many which are larger, better staffed, serve more people, and have more convenient days and hours.

Attached please find a list of four nearby church food pantries, and another five-page list of 45 other Long Island Food Pantries in neighboring communities within five miles of our location. Many of these pantries serve the people within their communities, so we recommend that you contact a pantry or kitchen near your home to verify their days and hours and service areas before you visit them.
